We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from Haus of Hanz. If you are not satisfied for any reason, returns and exchanges are accepted on merchandise within 14 days of confirmed delivery (online orders only) for items that are UNWORN, UNALTERED AND UNWASHED, and with ALL TAGS ATTACHED in saleable condition. Where provided, any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags, and leather tags MUST be included with your return.
Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered WILL NOT be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
No additional charge to exchange merchandise within the USA. We are only able to offer size exchanges on the same style merchandise. We cannot ship your exchange until we have received your original order. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative style or brand of product, we suggest that you return it for a store credit and purchase the new item separately.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping for returned items. If you are live outside of the USA you will need to pay duties and taxes on this. If you selected PayPal when you placed your order, any applicable taxes and duties on your exchange should be paid with your debit or credit card.

Once the return/exchange form has been submitted you will receive info on how to exchange for another item. You may apply this credit to your purchase at checkout. Store credit does not expire.
CUSTOM ORDERS- All custom orders are FINAL sale, and cannot be exchanged and or returned.
UNDERWEAR & SWIMWEAR- All purchased underwear and swimwear should be tried on over underwear. Swimwear returns will only be accepted if the hygiene strip has not been removed.
SHOES- Please try shoes on a covered/protected surface, as returns of shoes with worn or scuffed soles will NOT be accepted. Shoes should be returned unmarked and in their original, undamaged shoe box as this is considered part of the product. Shoes that are returned without a box, in a damaged box or with marked soles WILL NOT be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. Shoes will be accepted ONLY if returned in their original, undamaged shoe box or shoe bag.
GROOMING- Grooming products should be returned in the original packaging. Please note, fragrance is final sale and cannot be returned due to restrictions by the Department of Transportation.
COLOR- We have made every effort to display the color of all products that appear on our site as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be completely accurate.
FINAL SALE- Final sale items purchased during a sale promotion, ALL marked down merchandise or clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged.
REPEATED RETURNS- We offer a flexible returns policy to make your online shopping experience even easier. However, we do monitor the number of returns made and may refuse to accept orders at our discretion if goods are returned repeatedly.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS & EXCHANGES- International returns or exchanges are on a case by case basis, this will depend on the item and vendor return policy. please email firstname.lastname@example.org We will respond promptly with instructions on how to return your purchase.
REFUNDS & PROCESSING TIME- If your return arrives at Haus of Hanz within the 14-day return deadline, your refund will be processed within 10 business days of receiving. You will receive an email notification to the address your order was placed under once your return has been processed. Please allow additional time for your banking institution to post the transaction to your account once they have received the refund information from Haus of Hanz.
HOLIDAY RETURNS- Our returns deadline is extended an additional 15 days during the holiday shopping season to make returning gift purchases easier. This will only apply to orders placed between November 26th and January 3rd
